This is a delicious chicken food for you yourself to make in the home. The sauce is clean and tangy and somehow I always find yourself eating an excessive amount of :-).

It is not the kind of thing and takes somewhat to get ready you'd want to make each nights the week.

Nevertheless, it's worth the effort.

I frequently ensure it is once in some time as a special food for my husband. And it always turns out good.

Fortunate Lemon Chicken

4 whole boneless chicken breasts, skin down

cup cornstarch (corn flour)

3 tbls water

4 egg yolks softly beaten

salt, pepper to taste

shallots sliced

Fruit Sauce

cup orange juice

2 teaspoon powdered chicken stock

2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)

2 tbls honey

2 tbls brown sugar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 cups water

For the sauce, combine most of the components in a saucepan and stir over a heat until it comes and then thickens.

Slice the chicken breast fillets into 3-4 pieces. Lay flat and lb slightly with a mallet and other heavy object.

Position cornstarch in a dish and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next add salt and pepper to your liking.

Dip the chicken pieces in to this mixture and ensure you drain well.

Place a few items of the struggling chicken at a time, into deep hot fat and cook until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Portion chicken more if required.

Organize on plates of freshly cooked white rice. Sprinkle with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.

Enjoy!

Then end the food with a Chinese Fortune Cookie.

Place a message in each cookie to suit the mood of the food. It is a fun way to stop any dinner.

Happy Cooking
